My stay at Maryhill Estate was a mix of highs and lows. The service was attentive, particularly from Daniella, who went above and beyond to assist me. However, the food was a letdown, with a breakfast that didn’t meet expectations. The beautiful location definitely added charm, but I hope future visits improve on some of the inconsistencies.
Rooms

My room was cozy and nicely decorated, but it wasn't anything lovely.

Daniella's service was very nice; she went out of her way to fix my booking issue, showing patience throughout the process.

The pool club was a nice touch, cozy with fireplaces, but it felt a bit overwhelmed with guests during my stay.

My stay at Maryhill Estate was generally pleasant thanks to the lovely setting and ample facilities. The beautiful park and outdoor pool made for a great space to unwind, but the room's lack of sound insulation and conference-style layout detracted from the experience.
Rooms
6.0
The room was quite small and felt more like a dormitory. The beds were too soft for my liking, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
Service
6.0
Service was adequate for a conference set-up, but the food quality varied. While there were plenty of delicious options at the julbord, some dishes were rather tasteless, which was disappointing.
Location

The location is beautiful, overlooking Oresund and the island of Ven. I enjoyed the walking paths and the peaceful ambiance of the park.
Dining

Breakfast had a great selection, but during my visit, not everyone adhered to health guidelines, which was a bit concerning. The tea selection was pretty standard, and I missed some quality options.
Facilities

The estate features great amenities like an outdoor pool, mini golf, and a big outdoor gym. However, I would have loved to see a spa or massage services available during my stay.

The estate is stunning, right on the shore of the Oresund. On a good day, you can see Denmark across the water, and the park area is just lovely for a stroll.

The food was excellent! Breakfasts had great scrambled eggs, and dinners were amazing, especially the duck I had one night. Eating in the castle added a nice touch too.

My stay at Maryhill Estate was a mix of highs and lows. The beautiful surroundings made for a lovely vacation, and the food at the restaurant was quite tasty. However, the noise levels made relaxing difficult, especially in the pool area and during meals. Overall, it was a charming place, but the loud music was a significant drawback for me. 🌳🍽️

My stay at Maryhill Estate was enjoyable, primarily due to its stunning coastal location and beautiful surroundings. However, I found the room to be somewhat sparse and in need of some updates. While the staff were polite and helpful, crowd levels and noise levels from music detracted from my overall experience. Notably, the breakfast selection left much to be desired. 🌅
Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in was adequate but quite sparsely furnished, with noticeable signs of wear that suggested high usage. I appreciated the little balcony facing the pool, though the basic amenities like the soap dispensers were underwhelming.
Service
5.0
The staff were always polite and attentive, which made a positive impact on my stay. However, the overall experience was marred by the overwhelming volume of music throughout the estate, making it hard to find a quieter corner.
Location

The estate's location is simply stunning, perched by the sea with views toward the island of Ven and Denmark. It lends itself beautifully to photo opportunities, especially from the castle's terraces and gardens.
Dining
5.0
The meal I had at the restaurant was well-prepared and looked fantastic, though the loud music made it difficult to enjoy fully. Breakfast was disappointing, with a limited selection that didn't stand out.
Facilities

The heated outdoor pool and sunbathing areas were nice, but the pool usage only starting at 10 am felt restrictive. Additionally, the overall noise levels made it less enjoyable.
